Creating and executing a demand survey for any product or service is a well defined process. It begins with defining the target audience for each specific product or service and ends with a final human review to ensure data, analysis and process integrity. Take a look at each of the steps below.

    Define Audience.

    We begin with identifying the precise target audience for each product and service.

  • Step 2.

    Onboard Respondents.

    Respondents are identified through internal pools or through partners and sent invites.

  • Step 3.

    Create IVR Survey.

    Automated IVR surveys are created and respondents are sent call in numbers.

  • Step 4.

    Data Cleaning.

    Responses are normalised to remove outliers and ensure data integrity pre-analysis.

  • Step 5.

    Data Analysis.

    Data is normalised, bucketed and a numeric value is assigned to each survey response.

  • Step 6.

    Human Review.

    A final human review layer to ensure process integrity. Report is rolled out to customers.
